Thank you for visiting UBuyWithMe.ie (“UBuyWithMe” or “the Site”), a website owned and operated by UBuyWithMe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) incorporate the Privacy Policy and details in the FAQ which taken together describe the rules that must be obeyed by any person who establishes a connection for access to and use of the Site (“User”).

Redemption of merchant offers and/or vouchers is subject to the limitations and rules set by the respective merchant, and such retail certificates may not be available for use and redemption by individuals located outside of Ireland.

Disputes
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, User agrees that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
