What is group buying and how do I get in on the deal?
Group buying is a fabulous way to get what you want at a big discount. Because we guarantee our merchants we’ll sell large volumes of their products/services in a very short time frame, they offer great promotions. To take advantage, all you have to do is click the “Count me in” button and you’ll be counted as part of a “group”. You do not have to form a group yourself; anyone who signs up for the deal counts. Once the minimum number of people sign up for the same deal, the deal is live!
Why are the deals so good?
The deals are win-win: our merchants get new customers, advertising on our site and large volumes of buyers; in return, our customers get a great deal. Since we avoid having to buy and store stock and save businesses lots of advertising costs, we all get to save compared to paying up for retail.
Does it cost me anything to create an account or sign up for your mailing list?
Nothing at all! In fact, you benefit by being the first to hear about our deals, some of which may have maximums. All deals run for a limited time, so get in before they’re gone!
Once I click “Count me in”, when will I be charged?
When you click '' Count me in'' to get in on the deal, you will be redirected to Paypal to make your payment, if for some reason the min numbers or members required do not sign up for the deal within the required time frame, the deal will not go live and then you will be refunded your money in full without any hidden charges, (we will make sure the deals are very attractive so this won't happen). Once a deal goes live and you have already paid through paypal you will then receive an email (be sure to check your SPAM filters) confirming that you’re committed, you’ll receive a link to your e-voucher shortly thereafter, remember your voucher is unique to you or the person you gift it to. Always bring ID when going to redeem your purchase.
How will I know if the deal has been a success?
You will receive an email notification. You can also watch the progress bar.
When will I receive my voucher(s)?
Once the required minimum number of members commit to the deal, you will receive a link to your voucher(s) by email. If the deal minimum is met (or a deal that has reached the minimum has successfully ended) and you’ve waited more than 4 hours but still don’t see your voucher appearing in your inbox then you should email us at info@ubuywithme.ie
Do I need to print my voucher?
Unless otherwise noted on the voucher itself, you must print the voucher and present it to the merchant. Please make sure you have access to a printer before purchasing and fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the deal.
When can I first use my voucher(s)?
This information will be printed on your voucher and you can find it in the deal “Details” section on our website. Vouchers can typically be redeemed the next day, unless otherwise stated.
When will the voucher expire?
The expiration date will be stated on the voucher and in the restrictions to the deal on our website. This expiration date is binding, except where prohibited by law.
Is an ID required to redeem my voucher?
Yes, please always bring a valid government ID with you when redeeming your voucher. If you give a voucher to someone as a gift, that person should bring his/her ID when redeeming. The merchant may record your name and address to prevent fraud and counterfeiting.
How many vouchers will I receive if I buy a package deal?
For packages that include several different products or services, you will typically receive a separate voucher for each product or service.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. The voucher(s) you will receive by email are issued by the merchant, not us. You should address all issues with the products or services you receive to that merchant (unless of course it is a problem with our website). However, if you are unable to contact the merchant after attempting to do so, please contact us at info@ubuywithme.ie
Are the vouchers transferable?
Yes, they are fully transferable, unless otherwise noted, so you can give them as gifts or resell them (while following all applicable laws.)
Do you have a privacy policy?

Is my credit card information secure?
YES!! We use PAYPAL for credit card payment and WE don’t retain your credit card details!!
I missed yesterday’s deal, can I still join it?
YES if it’s still open, check out the progress bar for each UBuyWithMe deal, each deal has a very specific window of availability. We may do a similar deal in the future, but we offer no guarantees, You should still send us an email and tell us you’re interested in a deal or post a notice on the members forum so like minded members can join your quest for a unique UBuyWithMe deal.
How do I benefit from these great deals?
Be the first to hear about our deals by signing up now! And be sure to tell all of your friends, since you’re not getting this great deal alone! The more members we have the better deals we can request as buying as part of a group brings down the cost per person.
What if I buy a voucher from a merchant who goes out of business?
We are featuring great deals at great places, not great places no one wants to buy from, so our merchants should be in business! These are places where we, ourselves, also want the vouchers! Nonetheless, technically, it is the merchant’s responsibility to reimburse you, not ours. We will not have loyal customers if this happens, so we will do what we can not to feature any businesses that present a risk to your redemption.
